You can sign in to the Roam platform through our website at roam.lease/sign-in. If you don’t have login credentials yet, contact your fleet advisor or our support team and we’ll get you set up.
Contact our support team at 1-416-234-8686 or email sales@roam.lease and we’ll help you reset your credentials. For security, we verify your identity before making account changes.
Call our support line at 1-416-234-8686 for immediate assistance with vehicle breakdowns or urgent fleet issues. For non-urgent maintenance needs, you can also submit a request through the platform dashboard.
Yes. Contact your dedicated fleet advisor to discuss changes to your fleet. We can help with vehicle sourcing, rentals, and disposal as your needs evolve.
All new customers receive platform training during onboarding. If you need additional training or have new team members, reach out to your fleet advisor and we’ll schedule a walkthrough.
For urgent fleet issues outside of regular hours, call our support line and leave a message. We monitor urgent requests and will respond as quickly as possible.
